ICA IGNITE

We are so excited about our 28 years of Cheerleading in the Midlands. Time has gone by so fast.  We offer a non profit program, and have always hoped to give everyone a less expensive alternative to some programs.

Our cheer director/coach has over 30 years experience in the cheer industry. Served from 1995 to 2010 as the cheer coordinator for ICRC. State director for the SCAP cheer tournament since 1998. She served as the Crossroads Middle School cheer instructor since the school's inception and is cheer coordinator and has served on the board for Lexington County youth football and cheerleading. Additional in 2016 season coach of the Spring Hill High School Senior Allstar program

Janice Decker is the founder of the ICA program, has owned her on allstar gym and has coached and co coached many competitive allstar teams winning many state, regional and national titles. Together with  her children and ICA staff have trained hundreds of cheerleaders who have gone on to cheer on school teams as well as college teams. Many of the staff members of ICA have also been ICA cheerleaders themselves and have enjoyed the sisterhood of the program and share their experiences by giving back to the community. They too understand the meaning of the ICA motto:
